One of the great things about summer is that we can expand our living space without enlarging the house or make a costly renovation. In many cases not even have to decorate too. Simply clean the porch or terrace and Drop in a comfy chair. Others may want to make a room outside on the terrace or garden and can be done at minimum cost.

A comfortable outdoor furniture enhances any room outside, but need not be expensive. Two chairs and a table with four dining chairs will really comfortable our space.

Many products are available in a wide range of prices and come ready to assemble. A plastic furniture, very cheap, will last a few years and is easy to assemble and clean. And we can always make them look a little more stylish by adding cushions. We can also make a modest investment and buy pieces of cast aluminum or wrought iron, which last longer. Any of them should be kept inside during winter to last longer, but are made to stand outside in the summer months.

Other types of furniture more robust as those made of teak, redwood and eucalyptus (cheaper) will provide more years of service if properly maintained. You may need to give them a coat of varnish every summer, but otherwise do not require too much maintenance. All wood furniture, interior needs some place for storage during winter, it is important to bear this in mind before buying.

The wicker furniture is also very well outdoors, giving a classic touch, but does not get along with the elements. Must be protected from rain cushions wicker deteriorates the sun’s heat and humidity are not taken proper care. Of course, this is not a problem if our outdoor area is covered.

A table top with glass or porcelain will endure well all season. Cover it with an umbrella for protection from sun, we can find an umbrella that does not lose color. Some newer models have umbrella LED lights powered by solar energy that hung inside. These lights provide a fantastic light up to 8 hours after dark and are easy to maintain.

Finally, to enhance an outdoor space, flowers and plants are a necessity. We may put the classic terracotta pots to create a border around the space. Currently, new materials are being used to make pots lighter and easier to move. Each year, the shops are full of lots of models for outdoor solar lights, even if they live in a very hot area, most areas receive enough sunlight in summer and for these lights to work at night.

When we designed the garden we must keep in mind that garden flowers are the stars of the play, and all the other elements that we place are minor players. Thus, with few resources, can create beautiful gardens because the flowers are not as expensive as are the statues, fountains, etc.., Well-placed they may be more colorful than this. We can grow the flowers with one or two goals. The first and foremost, always garden decoration, with hindsight can be used flowers as cut flowers for bouquets and floral decorations. In turn, the small flowers appear in a more seamless provision, and also can be placed or inserted as monocultures and assemble arrays of colors that can be seen from higher ground.

Decorate a garden requires a thorough pre-planning for best results, though hardly be right first. That is why we find furniture and accessories practical and inexpensive option is the best time to shape a space that will be constantly under construction. You’ll have to fight against insects, rain and temperatures unsuitable. In this case nature is the boss.

Harmony is the main concept that never should disappear when decorating a garden. This is important to choose appropriate flowers and plants to be grown. Not only the species to be found congenial among them, also must think about the weather.
