The lighting in the bedroom
The lighting required for the bedroom depends on several factors, such as measures of the room and the color of the walls, since the amount of light that reflect these changes. Depending on the different activities that we develop in the bedroom, we have points that require direct sunlight and others in which the central illumination is sufficient.
General lighting in the bedroom or central may be due to different types of lamps such as ceiling, halogen lights or wall sconces, thus achieving a well-lit space. But we must bear in mind that often a central focus in the ceiling, located above the bed, we can be annoying. The key to that light does not bother it to achieve a warm and welcoming place is to point the light toward the ceiling or walls and also into the cupboards.
Regarding the place of reading, if we have a corner of the room earmarked for this purpose, the ideal is to place a floor lamp. However, if we choose to read in bed this way we will be saving both space and more comfort-we must put some lights on the sides, either on a bedside table or some application on the wall next to the headboard, flexo type, with an articulated arm that allows us to adjust the height of the light source and intensity.
We should always try to make the most of natural light to get our room, the ideal is rather large windows and curtains that can be collected. The bedroom should be well ventilated and bright. To receive the morning sun the bedroom should be located to the east.
Room for children are very wise rail lamps, since we can rotate and point the direction we want, and illuminating different areas, like games, study, etc..

Light up your room
To make the seating area becomes a warm and welcoming place, we must install a main light, various environmental and some point sources.
It should be borne in mind the colors of the walls, clarity is needed and the correct distribution of the points of light.
Light general
Ceiling mounted lamp consisting of several central points for uniformly illuminating the entire stay.
Ambient Light
Be chosen lamps or table with 60 W incandescent bulbs or halogen 50 W, very convenient for the reading area or on the furniture.
Point Light
Place appliques on tables (will appreciate that these are best) or libraries.
